Payment

The advanced payment is 50% of the total amount foreseen for your stay. It will guarantee your reservation. The remaining sum will be handed over upon your arrival.

Free cancellation within 48 hours. You will then receive your refund, less the service fee, i.e. 3% of the advanced payment.

There are no extra fees to be considered. The cleaning fee and the guest fee are included in the price. However, upon your arrival you will have to pay 200 Euro security deposit which is refundable on departure if no damage has occured within the house or on the property.

Reservation

In case of cancellation after the 48 hours, the deposit will not be refunded.

The price differs according to the season. In the lower season, going from the beginning of May to the end of June and from the beginning of September to the end of October, the price is € 150, while during the higher season in July and Agust, the price is € 200 per day.
